Our guest, Jack Murray, is already a working expert in politics at 22. He's been immersed in it his whole life, not through formal training but from the dinner table on. His mother served as senior policy advisor at the New York City mayor's office when he was a kid, and the smaller, stranger corners of city politics that most people never hear about became part of his everyday life. That early fluency became raw material for a second discipline: Jack is also an interdisciplinary designer, and much of his work now merges the two, using data visualization, editorial design, and long-form political writing to translate dense policy and legal history into something a wider audience can actually sit with and understand.
